Hrissi [30 October 2010]
At the Temporary Exhibition that was held at Guildford Soccer Club, Dr Hardwick delivered a Speech about the traditional meal made in the Village named "Hrissi".
Essentially, a re-enactment of the making of Hrissi (as made in Toula) was performed for the attendees. The Museum also served Hrissi to those in attendance.
